I had my 2nd round of lip filler treatment today and brought my partner along to hold my hand. During the procedure, he unexpectedly fainted, and Kitty was absolutely incredible in how she handled the situation. She immediately stepped in and used her professional expertise to help regulate him by providing glucose gels, water, and sugary treats to stabilise his blood sugar levels. She also took his blood pressure and clearly explained what information I should share with the triage nurse at Barncoose.
This experience really highlighted why it’s so important to have qualified professionals in this field. In the wrong hands, the situation could have gone very differently. Kitty once again delivered an outstanding service, and it’s so reassuring to see how much she genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing.
